98 Degrees

 my calendar and my mind are still in May. My body is still at the lake in Arizona feeling the heat.

as pretty as lakes are on the east coast, surrounded by trees, there is something I love about being in an oasis in the deseret. Both the air and water are hot. And you never want to get out of the water. We spent Saturday on the boat with my family before I drove home that night.

My favorite quote of the day....my dad, "I think it's only going to hit 98' today."

*as a side note- the blonder miles' hair gets, the less mad I get at him when he gets in trouble. Parker and all my future children should take note and strive for lighter hair.
