I think that this was the most relaxing moment of our 4th of July weekend. Not to say that it wasn’t awesome, just not relaxing.
I had a bunch of family in town and we had so much fun. I was in the ocean till almost sunset on Friday, Saturday and Monday. That is definitely my happy place. And I loved teaching surf lessons. We got Philip, Nanci, Bekah and Mikey up surfing. My mom and bekah also boogie boarded for hours. We had pool parties, dinner parties and a Star-Spangled Brunch.
We watch the fireworks from the same place as last year….the grassy park in La Jolla cove.
Everyone left yesterday morning. I was so tired and the day was too hot to do ANYTHING. I told craig I was too hot to even go upstairs and put on my swimsuit.Today I’m catching up on life….trying to find my floor and desk, etc.
