In addition to skiing in retro clothes, we got to see tons of family and friends while in Utah. Most exciting of all was meeting our THREE new nephews. (well, I had met john, but craig hadn't). Sawyer, Josh's baby, was 3 weeks old when we met him and he was so cute and still in his perfect, sleepy, newborn phase. John looked like a little man in his sunday best at 2 months. and Philip's wife nanci went into labor the day we were flying out,(3 weeks early) so we got to meet tiny Kimball when he was a few hours old on the way to the airport. he was the most perfect since he was the newest.
We also got to have a huge mexican feast with friends at Ben and Ande's house, i shopped with my mom and sis, (bonus that I got to see my mom since she was in town for baby blessing/farewells), and saw friends that were visiting from NY (sofia and peter).
mostly, we played cards with davis, mel and ron, and ate a lot of yummy food. Writing it all, it seems like we did a ton for 3 days, but really, it was completely relaxing. Must have been cause we were away from the our mighty munchins.
oohhhh. and we went TPing. we got craig's brother, davis' brother and melissa's brothers houses. we were laughing so hard. even harder when they all saw each other at church a few days later and put it all together to figure out it was us.
