Dear craig,
We have missed you while you are on your little trip to Wisconsin. We have been importing friends- yesterday the Bird and Owsley kids and today the Circuts, plus Mia and Nate. And of course, Chandler, our 5th and my favorite child has been here basically the whole time to see "her" babies.
The babies have been in the pool 8 of the last 9 days and they still can't swim. And Winn is still a pale face. Though we tried tanning the tushie.
The boys and I went to dinner for FHE activity at Wahoos, cause you're sick of it??? lately. Then we hit up Ralph's next door because I haven't been to the grocery store in 6 weeks. And because I just had one baby with me so the cart wasn't full of baby/ car seats. (Ellie was at home napping, while her sitter Katherine was a dreamboat and sorted 9 loads of laundry) Winston rode with the big boys the while time.
Today we were working on turning our ever growing rock/shell collection into some sort of display- since our children never leave the beach with less than 10 treasures each...
And this evening, after a scooter/stroller ride to the bridge with Stacy and boys- on which we picked up Nate- we all picked dinner from the yard. In addition to the squash, tomatoes, herbs and pomegranates, we have TONS of figs, avacados, blackberries, blueberries, nectarines and peanuts?! all ready or almost ready for harvesting.

I love our yard and I love the not so lazy days of summer we spend out there. I have been in the pool 3+ hours the past few days and can't wait for you to get back tomorrow and enjoy it with us.
Love you hon.
MR
