Every 5 years or so, since i was 8, my parents would rent a beach house in mission beach- Just south of La Jolla in san diego. he would always get it right on the board walk. it is where i learned to love the ocean and swimming, what rollerblades were and how to use them, what a flying buttress was as my dad-the architect- and i built sandcastles that were masterpieces. And it was during these trips that i decided i wanted to live in San Diego one day.

The last time he got a beach house here, parker was 2 months old. It was so fun to be there this year with kids that were such great ages for loving the ocean and all of it's creatures.

The dolphins we saw everyday- craig would have his shirt off and be out there on his surf board in about 5 secs. flat trying to catch them.

i love that craig's surf style matches his personality-super laid back
