Miles is 4!!

I can hardly even believe that miles turned 4 this month. i still think of him as my little baby. From the picture above, you can tell that he is all boy and zero little baby. I love the conversation that went along with this picture.....

Miles: dad. do you know why my muscles are so strong?

Craig: why?

Miles: because they are full of frozen wood chips.

Craig: (laughing)

Miles: there's nothing harder than frozen wood chips. right, dad?

where does he come up with stuff?? and it's all day long.

craig was giving me a rough time that parker had this big "pirate party" for his birthday and i didn't plan a thing for miles birthday. it was during one, and in between 2 other trips. 

It was on our last day at the beach house, so i picked up callen first thing in the morning to spend the day with us....a friend always makes everything more fun.

 he spent his day making sand cakes, running in the waves, decorating his cupcake-in-an-ice-cream cone dessert with parker and callen, and going on bike rides on the board walk. Craig even got balloons and a bunch of mario/spiderman related presents. Doesn't sound like a bad Bday to me.

man, do i love that little guy with the huge smile and feisty attitude!
