Craig and I usually don't get to surf together because of 2 little reasons.......
....but today we got a sitter and i had so much fun being out in the water with him. I learn a lot more when he is with me than when I am by myself and catch a lot more quality waves when he is there yelling "paddle faster! paddle faster!" Which i need to do.
I have also learned...
1. I will never be as good at surfing as he is no matter how much i practice (i went 3x this week).
2. my board does nose dives sometimes because i am catching the wave too late in its' break not because I'm too far up on my board.
3. because he rides goofy and i ride regular, we can face each if we catch the same wave (and i may or may not of grabbed his hand when we were riding a long wave in today...it looks cool in front of all the surfer dudes if you hold hands with your wive while surfing).
